Students attend cooking class on Wednesday evenings twice monthly. Group A attends weeks one and three. Group B attends weeks two and four. Under the supervision of the owner of “Yes, Please!” catering who is ServSafe certified, students will prepare two recipes in a commercial kitchen. Students then pack six meals to take home for healthy lunch or dinner options. Cost is only $18 per class. Gluten-free options are available if requested in advance.
